Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect both our customers and our business from transit-related issues, we require customers to record a clear, continuous video while opening their parcel.

  • The video must show the parcel sealed, the shipping label, and the entire unboxing process without cuts
  • This video serves as essential proof in cases of missing, damaged, or incorrect items

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process claims related to missing or damaged products.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • A valid unboxing video is submitted along with the claim

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video is provided
  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or mishandling
  • Products that have been used, altered, or are missing original packaging
  • Change of mind after the product has been purchased or shipped
  • Items seized or restricted by customs authorities

Shipping charges, service fees, customs duties, and taxes arenon-refundable once the order has been processed.
